"What is to give light, must endure burning," wrote Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl.
Greatly humbled by the context of this quote, I none-the-less suggest that it does fit, here and now, for many of us. When we are called to articulate what we believe, value and honor, no matter the consequences, we "endure burning," but with the burning, we illuminate, we nurture, we warm. Who knows whom you may inspire, encourage or liberate?
I can do this. You can do this. Speak. Act. Take courage. Burn hot.
