It's still Christmas…the 6th day, to be exact.

I don't want to lose the Christmas spirit. I like the feelings of generosity, warmth, wonder and goodwill I've welcomed all December. And I find, after the actual day itself, that in some ways it's easier, if I sit with the lights and the music, to connect with the idea of Immanuel, "God with us." Maybe it's easier because I'm not distracted by the hoopla and build-up. There's nothing that needs doing, now, and I have a few days off from work. I can just be with Christmas for a while.
