I have sympathy for the Wall Street Occupiers.
I don't understand all they are saying
(and I'm not sure all of them do either),
but it is clear to me
that they are offering up
the Old Testament prophet's call
not to be servants of the status quo,
but to be its conscience.

I challenge you to read the prophets
and not to wonder too…
